Shopping Basics

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Countries that we can ship with DDP (Delivery duty paid) Method, it doesn’t request you do customs clearance and no duties for you（except Canada）. They will be safely shipped to you

What are your shipping and return policies?

Shipping is free within the US and Canada, other countries are $10 for up to 50 pieces, $20 for under 100 pieces, and $0.25 per piece for over 100 pieces.

  • USA –  UPS Express (except Alaska and Hawaii)
  • UK –  Local DPD Express
  • Europe – UPS Express/ DPD Express/ DHL Express

Country lists of Europe DDP Method: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, France, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain.

Shipments to European countries except UK will be cleared in Germany and shipped to other European countries from Germany.

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 1 – 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.

How can I track my order?

You can nter the order page to view https://chicvape.com/my-account/orders/

And tracking number will send to you by email.
A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order at https://www.17track.net

Payments

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We currently accept payment by Credit card(Visa,Mastercard), Direct bank transfer and Crypto Wallet .We can not receive the Cash.

Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes, we support international credit card payments.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

Order prices include all taxes, including customs duties (except Canada).

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Under normal circumstances, the refund will be refunded directly to your bank card, and it will take about 3~15 days. The specific time is mainly subject to the processing time of your local bank.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Amending your order is allowed on or before 11:00pm (PDT.-7 GMT) on the same day from the order being placed.You may contact us via [email protected] to request for change.
