Shipping Policy

Shipping is free within the United States and Canada.

For other countries and regions:

• Orders up to 50 pieces: Shipping fee is $10.
• Orders from 51 to 99 pieces: Shipping fee is $20.
• Orders of 100 pieces or more: Shipping fee is $0.25 per piece.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Shipping

For the countries listed below, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. Under this shipping method, customers are not required to handle customs clearance or pay import duties (except for Canada, where local taxes and duties may still apply).

United States – UPS Express (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)

United Kingdom – Local DPD Express

Europe – UPS Express / DPD Express / DHL Express

European countries eligible for DDP shipping:

Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, France, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, and Spain.

All EU parcels are processed through our EU logistics hub in Germany to ensure faster customs clearance and stable delivery.

Insurance Policy

Shipping insurance is only available for orders delivered to Europe, the United Kingdom, Japan, and South Korea.

Orders shipped to all other countries and regions are not covered by insurance. ChicVape is not responsible for customs issues, import restrictions, package seizures, shipping delays, loss, damage, or any other shipping-related risks that may occur after the order has been dispatched.

Customers are strongly advised to verify local import regulations and product restrictions before placing an order.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the shipping and insurance policies stated above.

Yes, we support international credit card payments.

Order prices include all taxes, including customs duties (except Canada).

Under normal circumstances, the refund will be refunded directly to your bank card, and it will take about 3~15 days. The specific time is mainly subject to the processing time of your local bank.
